As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers. Your expertise will help educate medical professionals about our products, ensuring they have the information needed to make informed decisions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of medical terminology, and a passion for healthcare.

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- Conduct product presentations and provide detailed information about our pharmaceutical products.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting our products to healthcare providers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and other promotional events.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on field insights.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies in all sales activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
