Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions in Bali.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for medical professionals to highlight benefits and usage.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned territories.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and medical events.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and expense documentation.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology, or related healthcare fields (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and sustain professional relationships with healthcare providers.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and surrounding regions.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
