Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals in assigned territories.
- Present and promote company products to healthcare providers through one-on-one meetings, group presentations, and medical conferences.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, market feedback, and customer needs to the management team.
- Organize and participate in medical seminars, workshops, and product launches to increase brand awareness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns tailored to the local market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical representation, or healthcare marketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with clients.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills for engaging healthcare professionals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
