Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- Promote and present Besins Healthcare’s medical products to targeted clients, highlighting benefits and clinical data.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and product launches to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities, market feedback, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in sales practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, products, and the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned regions.
