Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for pharmaceutical and medical products in the designated territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- Conduct regular product presentations, training sessions, and promotional activities to drive product awareness and adoption.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, expenses, and market intelligence to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, product launches, and other strategic initiatives.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in all business activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, or a related field. Candidates with other degrees but relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a similar role. Fresh graduates with strong potential may be considered.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, pharmaceutical products, and healthcare industry dynamics.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel within the assigned territory as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
