Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators in South Cebu.
- Promote and educate healthcare providers about our pharmaceutical products, ensuring they understand the benefits and proper usage.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing your assigned territory and identifying new business opportunities.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and product launches to increase brand awareness.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations to the management team.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including market analysis, sales forecasts, and activity summaries.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, pharmaceutical products, and the healthcare market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
