Responsibility
- Perform a wide range of laboratory tests, including hematology, microbiology, chemistry, and immunology, with precision and accuracy.
- Operate and maintain advanced laboratory equipment, ensuring calibration and compliance with safety standards.
- Analyze test results, identify abnormalities, and report findings to physicians and healthcare providers in a timely manner.
- Adhere to strict quality control protocols and laboratory procedures to ensure reliable and consistent diagnostic outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, documentation, and laboratory logs in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including doctors, nurses, and other lab technicians, to support patient care and treatment plans.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical laboratory technology, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, sterilization, and biosafety to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field. Certification or licensure as a Medical Laboratory Technologist is a plus.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) working in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory setting, with hands-on experience in conducting complex tests.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory information systems (LIS), automated analyzers, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to interpret complex data accurately.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Familiarity with international laboratory accreditation standards (e.g., ISO 15189) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
