Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of medical instruments and equipment.
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct on-site service visits to healthcare facilities across Bali, including Denpasar, Canggu, and Ubud.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure equipment meets operational and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate service logs, reports, and documentation for all performed work.
- Provide technical training and guidance to end-users on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability for emergency repairs.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical technology and manufacturer guidelines.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in servicing, repairing, or maintaining medical equipment (e.g., imaging systems, lab instruments, patient monitors).
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and software systems in medical devices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA, or other medical device compliance standards is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
