Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for medical equipment in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, private practitioners, and government health institutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and technical specifications of medical devices.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create localized campaigns and promotional materials tailored to the Indonesian healthcare market.
- Provide post-sales support, including training for end-users and troubleshooting to ensure seamless product adoption.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting medical equipment sales in Indonesia.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback in CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Candidates with a medical or engineering background are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare technology.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with healthcare professionals.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages (e.g., Balinese) are advantageous.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other parts of Indonesia.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
