Responsibility
- Administer IV therapy treatments, including vitamin infusions, hydration therapy, and specialized medical IV protocols.
- Conduct patient consultations to assess health needs and recommend appropriate IV therapy plans.
- Monitor patient vital signs and responses during and after IV treatments to ensure safety and efficacy.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients on the benefits and potential side effects of IV therapy.
- Ensure all medical equipment and supplies are properly sterilized and maintained.
- Provide exceptional customer service to Mandarin-speaking clients, ensuring clear communication and cultural sensitivity.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia or eligibility to obtain one.
- Proven experience in IV therapy, including vitamin infusions, hydration therapy, or medical IV treatments.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach to care.
