Responsibility
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals on wound care medical devices.
- Develop and execute local engagement strategies to drive product adoption and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with distributors and partners to ensure seamless product distribution and support.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide clinical and technical support to healthcare providers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to refine product messaging and training materials.
- Participate in medical conferences, trade shows, and workshops to promote Dyamed Biotech’s solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device sales, product specialization, or clinical support (wound care experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage healthcare professionals.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships in the medical or pharmaceutical sector.
- Familiarity with wound care products, protocols, and industry regulations.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian; additional local dialects are advantageous.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
