Responsibility
- Provide on-site technical and clinical support during surgical procedures, ensuring optimal use of medical devices in operating theaters.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff to understand their needs and promote product adoption.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories, including hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals to ensure proper usage and maximize patient benefits.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement strategic account plans that drive revenue growth.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team to inform improvements and innovations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies in the medical device sector.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all product-related activities.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Medicine, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in medical device sales, clinical support, or a similar role within the healthcare industry.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex medical devices and their applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with healthcare professionals.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional local languages are a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
