Responsibility
- Provide competent and compassionate medical care to patients in process plants and associated work areas.
- Respond to medical emergencies promptly and efficiently, administering first aid and other necessary treatments.
- Assist in the implementation of health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and staff on health and safety practices.
- Monitor and manage medical supplies and equipment.

Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Medical Assisting or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
- Familiarity with medical software and electronic health records (EHR).
