Responsibility
- Evaluate health insurance claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with medical policies.
- Provide clinical expertise and guidance to underwriters and claims teams.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to verify medical information and treatment plans.
- Develop and review medical guidelines and policies for insurance products.
- Conduct medical reviews and assessments for complex cases.
- Train and mentor junior team members on medical and insurance best practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in health insurance, clinical advisory, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, procedures, and insurance policies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
