Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on lithography, metal closure, and other production machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Install, adjust, and calibrate machinery components to meet precise manufacturing specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement equipment upgrades and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory using digital systems.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and industry standards to prevent accidents and ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment downtime issues promptly to minimize production delays.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices, safety procedures, and technical skills.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Mechanical Technician in manufacturing, printing, or metal fabrication industries.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems used in industrial machinery.
- Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to extend equipment lifespan.
- Familiarity with CNC machines, lithography presses, or metal stamping equipment is highly advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
