Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate all mechanical maintenance activities across multiple production facilities in Bali
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency
- Lead a team of mechanical technicians, providing training and performance management
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce downtime
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement for timely supply
- Prepare regular reports on equipment performance, maintenance costs, and improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, preferably in manufacturing or construction materials
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage and develop teams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems and predictive maintenance techniques
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
