Responsibility
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve maintenance-related challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new mechanical equipment and systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and operational staff.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial machinery.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and maintenance software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
