Responsibility
- Design, develop, and test winch systems for marine and industrial applications.
- Conduct feasibility studies and performance analysis for new winch designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate winch systems into larger mechanical projects.
- Prepare technical documentation, including schematics, manuals, and maintenance guides.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of winch systems at client sites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to winch performance and reliability.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in winch technology.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in mechanical design, preferably with winch or hoisting systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for 3D modeling and drafting.
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and stress testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
