Responsibility
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures in compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor and maintain safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for employees, tenants, and customers.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for repairs, installations, and system upgrades.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance and auditing purposes.
- Assist in energy management initiatives to optimize resource usage and reduce operational costs.
- Provide technical support and training to facility staff on mechanical systems and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer (preferred but not required).
