Responsibility
- Design, develop, and oversee the installation of mechanical systems and equipment for agro-industrial applications.
- Conduct feasibility studies, technical analyses, and performance evaluations to ensure system efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and R&D, to optimize mechanical processes and workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders, including project updates and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines in all engineering activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of mechanical systems, recommending upgrades or modifications as needed.
- Participate in team outings and company events to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in agro-industrial, manufacturing, or related sectors.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and engineering simulation tools.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and materials science.
- Experience with project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Indonesian safety and environmental regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work in a contract-based role with flexibility and adaptability to project demands.
