Responsibility
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of production machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to enhance equipment reliability.
- Diagnose mechanical issues, perform root cause analysis, and execute corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production processes and machinery efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and spare parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance operations.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices in mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial machinery.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for equipment monitoring and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in industrial maintenance.
