Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair faults in machinery, equipment, and control systems to minimize downtime.
- Conduct inspections and tests on equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Install, calibrate, and maintain industrial machinery and automation systems in compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot operational issues and provide technical support.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations in the workplace.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a chemical or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, PLCs, and automation tools.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and hazardous material handling.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts as needed.
