Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair faults in machinery, motors, pumps, HVAC systems, and control panels using specialized tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent breakdowns.
- Install, test, and commission new mechanical and electrical systems in accordance with technical specifications and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, service logs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute maintenance schedules, minimizing disruption to operations.
- Ensure compliance with all local and national safety regulations, including proper handling of hazardous materials and adherence to lockout/tagout procedures.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff and operators on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, motor controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial wiring.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes).
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call shifts as needed.
