Responsibility
- Lead and supervise all M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) systems for high-rise construction projects, from planning to execution.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of M&E designs with structural and aesthetic requirements.
- Oversee the procurement, installation, and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Ensure compliance with local and international building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for M&E components.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to specifications.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in M&E management, with at least 3 years in high-rise construction.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling), AutoCAD, and M&E software tools.
- Familiarity with LEED, Green Mark, or other sustainability certifications is advantageous.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional certification (e.g., PE, PMP, or Chartered Engineer) is highly desirable.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or travel to project sites as required.
