Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of M&E engineers, supervisors, and technicians to ensure project deliverables meet technical and quality standards.
- Oversee the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems for construction and A&A projects.
- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines and cost controls.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to integrate M&E requirements into project designs and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards (e.g., OSHA, SNI), and environmental guidelines.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for M&E components.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by introducing innovative M&E solutions and sustainable practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in M&E engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in the construction or A&A industry.
- Proven track record of managing M&E projects from inception to completion, including large-scale commercial or hospitality developments.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, and BMS (Building Management Systems).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software for M&E design and coordination.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and certification processes (e.g., PUPR, PLN, or PDAM standards).
- PMP, PE (Professional Engineer), or other relevant certifications are highly advantageous.
