As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in developing precise technical drawings, schematics, and 3D models for oil and gas infrastructure. Your work will directly support the design, fabrication, and installation of critical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

Responsibility
- Create detailed 2D and 3D mechanical drawings for oil & gas equipment, pipelines, and structural components using CAD software.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to interpret design specifications and convert them into accurate technical drafts.
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards (ASME, API, ISO) and client requirements.
- Review and revise drafts based on feedback from senior engineers and quality assurance teams.
- Maintain organized documentation of all drafting files, revisions, and project-related data.
- Assist in the preparation of Bill of Materials (BOM) and other technical documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest drafting technologies and industry best practices in oil & gas engineering.
- Support on-site visits or virtual meetings to clarify design intent with fabrication and installation teams.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mechanical drafting, preferably in the oil & gas, energy, or heavy industrial sectors.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, or PDMS) and familiarity with 3D modeling tools.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and material specifications.
- Experience with industry standards such as ASME, API, and ISO for oil & gas projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce error-free technical drawings.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
