Responsibility
- Design and develop high-precision custom automation machinery, from conceptual design to manufacturing drawings.
- Conduct feasibility studies and performance simulations using 3D CAD software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize machine performance.
- Select and source mechanical components, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and lead-time constraints.
- Oversee the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of prototypes and final equipment.
- Provide technical support and supervision during overseas installation and commissioning activities.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably within the industrial automation sector.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Inventor).
- Strong understanding of mechanical components, material properties, and manufacturing processes (machining, sheet metal, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and the willingness to travel overseas for project support.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and design accuracy.
