You'll work alongside our project teams to implement QA/QC protocols, conduct material testing, and maintain compliance with Indonesian and international safety regulations.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement QA/QC procedures for construction materials across multiple project sites in Bali
- Conduct regular material testing and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards
- Oversee workplace safety protocols and conduct risk assessments for construction activities
- Prepare comprehensive reports on material quality, safety incidents, and compliance status
- Collaborate with project managers to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Train construction teams on proper material handling and safety procedures
- Monitor and enforce compliance with Indonesian construction regulations and international safety standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of all QA/QC and safety-related activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/QC and/or safety management in construction
- Professional certification in safety management (SMK3 or equivalent) is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and international safety standards
- Experience with material testing equipment and laboratory procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project sites effectively
