Responsibility
- Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Utilize RF/Handheld Scanners to accurately track and manage inventory within the warehouse.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and products to designated locations within the facility.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working condition and report any malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of warehouse inventory to optimize space and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
- Perform regular inspections of equipment and report any issues to the maintenance team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a Reach Truck or similar Material Handling Equipment.
- Familiarity with RF/Handheld Scanners and warehouse management systems is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and regulations.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, with a focus on physical stamina and coordination.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Certification in MHE operation is a plus.
