This is a full-time position based in key locations across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional development.
Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
- Manage the close-up process, including coordinating with chilling machine operators on batch/mix sequences.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Monitor production equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance and maintenance, to resolve production challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including batch logs, equipment performance, and inventory levels.
- Train and mentor junior operators to ensure adherence to best practices and company policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in food, beverage, or packaging industries.
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator, Production Supervisor, or similar role.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to operate and troubleshoot production machinery.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends, as required by production schedules.
