Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycles, including accurate listings, catalog updates, and inventory synchronization across multiple marketplaces.
- Monitor and adjust pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness while maintaining profitability.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and fulfillment.
- Optimize product content (images, descriptions, keywords) for SEO and conversion rate improvement.
- Analyze marketplace performance metrics and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to product listings, orders, or marketplace policies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, discounts, and campaigns on digital platforms.
- Stay updated on marketplace algorithms, policies, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketplace management, e-commerce operations, or digital retail.
- Proficiency in marketplace platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, Bukalapak) and e-commerce tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization for digital marketplaces.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
