Responsibility

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, and paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee content marketing, including blog posts, social media, email campaigns, and video content, ensuring alignment with brand voice and business goals.
  • Lead social media strategy, growing engagement and community across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Analyze performance metrics (Google Analytics, CRM data, etc.) to refine strategies and report on KPIs.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts support business objectives.
  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, and vendors (if applicable) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools to keep Your Physio competitive.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in health-tech, SaaS, or e-commerce.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and social media marketing with a track record of driving measurable results.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for different audiences.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid setting, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
