Responsibility
- Client Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, understanding their business objectives and translating them into actionable marketing strategies.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and present integrated marketing plans, including digital, social, PR, and traditional media, aligned with client goals and market trends.
- Campaign Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams (creative, media, analytics) to deliver cohesive, high-impact solutions that drive client satisfaction and ROI.
- Business Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and new business development within existing client portfolios.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with senior client stakeholders to ensure long-term retention.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position clients as market leaders.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 8+ years in client services, account management, or business development within an IMC agency or related field.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams, manage multiple accounts, and drive strategic initiatives.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of integrated marketing, including digital, social media, content, and traditional advertising.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in interpreting data to inform strategy.
- Client-Focused: A track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelorâs Degree: In Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Location Flexibility: Willingness to be based in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas) with occasional travel as needed.
