Responsibility
- Develop and design brand identities, including logos, color palettes, and typography, that reflect client values and market positioning.
- Create high-quality marketing collateral (brochures, banners, digital ads, email templates) for print and digital campaigns.
- Produce engaging social media graphics and motion graphics (static and animated) optimized for various platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.
- Edit and retouch photos and images to enhance visual appeal for campaigns and product presentations.
- Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to bring fresh, innovative ideas to projects.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in branding or marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma/Sketch.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects (branding, digital, print).
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Experience with UI/UX design or motion graphics is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication and time-management skills.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; Indonesian language skills are a bonus.
