Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, and offline) to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling content, including social media posts, blogs, videos, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs (e.g., engagement rates, conversion rates, ROI) and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with revenue targets and customer acquisition goals.
- Manage partnerships with influencers, beauty bloggers, and media outlets to amplify brand reach.
- Organize and oversee events, product launches, and trade shows to enhance customer experience and brand loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences in the beauty industry.
- Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to company websites and e-commerce platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record in digital marketing (social media, SEO, content creation, and paid ads).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or HubSpot.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and branding (basic graphic design skills are a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Baliās market dynamics and consumer behavior is an advantage.
