Responsibility
- Promote and market Two-Wheeler and Multi-Purpose Loan products to potential customers in Bali.
- Conduct customer surveys and assessments to determine loan eligibility and risk profiles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with branch teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Represent Indomobil Finance professionally in community events and business networks.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with loan products, credit assessment, and financial regulations is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across assigned regions in Bali.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
