Responsibility
- Develop and execute a content calendar for social media, blogs, and email campaigns tailored to B2B audiences in the food/packaging machinery industry.
- Create engaging multimedia content (videos, infographics, case studies) showcasing product features, benefits, and client success stories.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to company websites and platforms.
- Collaborate with the sales team to produce product demo videos, brochures, and presentations for trade shows and client meetings.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and refine strategies based on data.
- Stay updated on industry trends in food/packaging machinery to create relevant, authoritative content.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) with consistent, brand-aligned messaging.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism in all communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or Digital Marketer, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors.
- Strong portfolio showcasing multimedia content (videos, graphics, articles) with a focus on technical or niche products.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), and graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Excellent English writing and editing skills; Indonesian language is a plus.
- Familiarity with food/packaging machinery or willingness to learn technical product details quickly.
- Creative thinker with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management and organizational skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
