In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring that every project, retail inquiry, and distributor order is handled with precision and efficiency.

You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to streamline the proposal process and ensure seamless communication with our clients. Responsibility

  • Draft and prepare comprehensive price quotations for project, retail, and distributor clients.
  • Process incoming Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to track order status and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and project records in the CRM system.
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing and Sales departments for daily operations.
  • Handle client inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and project timelines.
  • Prepare weekly sales and administrative reports for management review.
  • Ensure all transactional documentation complies with company policies and financial standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative, sales support, or marketing roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational hurdles.
  • Candidates residing in Jakarta Utara or surrounding areas are highly preferred.
