Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote KSP Nasari’s financial products and services.
- Lead digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and print media.
- Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and customer service) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to enhance marketing outreach.
- Train and mentor junior marketing staff to foster a high-performing team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role (preferably in financial services).
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand growth.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (SEO, SEM, social media advertising).
