Responsibility
- Develop and implement credit marketing strategies to attract and retain clients in Bali’s competitive financial market.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their creditworthiness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, financial institutions, and individual clients.
- Promote credit products and services through targeted campaigns, presentations, and one-on-one consultations.
- Collaborate with the sales and risk management teams to ensure alignment with company policies and client needs.
- Monitor and analyze credit performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts and improve client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present reports on credit marketing activities, outcomes, and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit marketing, sales, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of credit products, risk assessment, and financial regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth in a competitive market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a must; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
