Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Create compelling and engaging content for social media platforms, websites, email newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing activities, providing actionable insights for continuous optimization.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and provide effective marketing materials and promotional support to drive lead generation and conversions.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and potential opportunities for growth.
- Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate information.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all internal and external communications.
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for new marketing initiatives and strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Proven interest or 1-2 years of entry-level experience in marketing, preferably within a dynamic or agency environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
