Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and drive sales in the textile industry.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM strategies.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce engaging marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry partners.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the textile, fashion, or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, Google Analytics, and email marketing software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
