Responsibility
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to promote BFI Finance’s motorcycle financing products in Bali and beyond.
- Create and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, email, SEO, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and drive lead generation.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights in the motorcycle financing sector.
- Design and produce engaging marketing materials, including brochures, videos, and online content tailored to the Indonesian market.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and metrics to optimize ROI and customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, partners, and influencers to expand brand reach.
- Organize and execute events, promotions, and roadshows to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the financial services or automotive industry.
- Proven track record in digital marketing, campaign management, and lead generation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEO, and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
