Responsibility
- Brand Strategy Development: Define and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with business goals and market trends.
- Campaign Leadership: Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, and experiential) to drive engagement and conversions.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems) to measure campaign performance and refine strategies based on insights.

Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing leadership roles, with a strong portfolio of successful brand campaigns and team management.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and implement long-term marketing strategies that drive growth and brand equity.
- Digital Expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including SEO/SEM, social media platforms, email marketing, and marketing automation.

- Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to inspire teams and collaborate across departments.
