Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital growth strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on LinkedIn and other high-impact platforms.
- Lead performance marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media) to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
- Optimize customer acquisition funnels using A/B testing, analytics, and automation tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital marketing with sales, product, and content strategies.
- Monitor KPIs (ROI, CAC, LTV) and provide actionable insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
- Build and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Stay ahead of emerging digital trends (AI, MarTech, influencer partnerships) and implement best practices.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and tech stack (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads) for scalable growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (agency or in-house).
- Proven success in LinkedIn strategy, B2B lead generation, and growth hacking for professional services or SaaS.
- Expertise in SEO, content marketing, paid ads, and marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, Mailchimp).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar tools.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to align teams and executives.
- Experience scaling digital operations in international markets (APAC preferred).
