Responsibility
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in Bali’s competitive market.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional marketing team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee SEO/SEM, social media, email, and content marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs.
- Brand Development: Refine and amplify the company’s brand identity, voice, and messaging across all channels, including print, digital, and experiential.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform data-driven strategies.
- Partnerships & Events: Build and nurture relationships with local influencers, media, and community stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
- Budget Oversight: Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and track ROI to optimize spend.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 5+ years in marketing leadership roles, preferably in FMCG, food industry, or a fast-paced consumer brand.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and implement high-impact marketing plans with a focus on scalability and innovation.
- Digital Expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO platforms) and a strong understanding of performance marketing.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to manage, coach, and develop a diverse team in a multicultural environment.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data interpretation skills to derive insights and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
- Creative Vision: A knack for storytelling and creating compelling content that engages and converts audiences.
