Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage and optimize SEO/SEM campaigns, ensuring high rankings and increased organic traffic.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, written) across social media platforms, websites, and email campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights and reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and customer needs.
- Plan and execute marketing events, promotions, and partnerships to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for innovation.
- Oversee budget allocation and ensure cost-effective marketing spend with measurable ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management roles.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media advertising (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Creative thinker with analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the Southeast Asian market or international marketing is highly desirable.
