Responsibility
- Identify and acquire new customers through targeted outreach, networking, and digital marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute sales pitches and proposals tailored to client needs, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, from initial contact to final agreement, while maintaining profitability.
- Monitor and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets, with a focus on exceeding KPIs to maximize bonuses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, creative) to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in Bali’s commercial landscape.
- Maintain CRM databases and track client interactions to ensure follow-ups and long-term relationship management.
- Represent PT Kreasinusa at industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to expand brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 2+ years in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in Bali or a similar market.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent English and Indonesian communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., SEO, social media ads, email campaigns) is a plus.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
