Responsibility
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to boost Honda motorcycle sales in assigned regions.
- Collaborate with dealerships and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns, events, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
- Create and distribute engaging marketing materials (brochures, social media content, email campaigns).
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize marketing spend and ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, vendors, and customers.
- Organize and participate in product launches, test drives, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide training and support to sales teams on marketing tools and techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Proven track record in sales-driven marketing campaigns and lead generation.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM software, or Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with digital marketing (SEO, social media, email marketing) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for events or meetings.
