Responsibility
- Represent assigned brands professionally and enthusiastically in public spaces, events, and retail environments.
- Engage with potential customers through face-to-face interactions, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
- Educate consumers about brand features, benefits, and unique selling points to drive interest and sales.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights to report back to the marketing and sales teams.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales or engagement targets set by the company or client.
- Maintain a polished and approachable appearance, adhering to brand guidelines and dress codes.
- Collaborate with team members to execute coordinated marketing campaigns and events.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field (entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in English.
- Outgoing, confident, and able to initiate conversations with strangers in a natural and engaging manner.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or during special events as required.
- Passion for the brand and industry, with a desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer psychology is a plus.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Bali (preferred).
